Acquisition Support Analyst

Position Summary

The Acquisition Support Analyst provides administrative, financial, and contract support to Real Property and Contracts teams for REJ Solution clients. This role is responsible for preparing and managing contract-related documents, maintaining budget and financial records, updating databases, and assisting with research and review of procurement activities. The Analyst contributes to efficient operations by ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with procedures, and timely processing of acquisition and contract support tasks.
Multiple opportunities for this position may be available through various client contracts. Depending on the requirements set forth by the clients, the employee may be imbedded within the client agency, working in a hybrid environment, or undertaking totally remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process contract documents, including task orders and stop work notices.
  • Maintain and update status and budget reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Keep systems of record updated with current contract and budget information.
  • Conduct research using historical data to support decision-making.
  • Assist in reviewing contracts under procurement and provide recommendations.
  • Review invoices and update financial records accordingly.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth workflows for the Real Property and Contracts teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous work experience in an administrative or analyst role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with databases for contract and financial tracking.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficiency in creating spreadsheets, charts, and reports for financial and contract analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of management and staff.
  • Background in accounting or finance.
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and software tools.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
