Position Summary
The Property Management Analyst provides project coordination and analytical support for REJ Solutions’ client projects. This role is responsible for preparing timely reports, coordinating critical parcel activities, and supporting data management to ensure effective property management operations. The Analyst collaborates with project teams, task managers, and leadership to maintain accurate right-of-way data and deliver actionable insights for decision-making.
Multiple opportunities for this position may be available through various client contracts. Depending on the requirements set forth by the clients, the employee may be imbedded within the client agency, working in a hybrid environment, or undertaking totally remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as project coordinator for critical parcels across construction packages.
- Communicate with engineers, task managers, and project managers to identify and track critical parcels.
- Update right-of-way databases to reflect parcel designations and notify relevant stakeholders of changes.
- Review appraisal maps and design files to identify structure locations and parcel impacts.
- Prepare and deliver right-of-way status reports on critical parcels and construction areas.
- Provide analytical support through research, data collection, and ad hoc reporting.
- Review weekly ROW and GeoAmps reports to gather and validate parcel status.
- Analyze ROW data and present findings using charts, graphs, and tables.
- Develop weekly and monthly reports for executive management and operational reviews.
- Support systems integration and perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and data management tools.
- Experience in right-of-way principles, database administration, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present complex data clearly.
- Ability to prepare professional reports, charts, and visual data presentations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for collaboration across all levels.
- Ability to verify and reconcile data across multiple platforms with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications / Certifications / Licenses
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field.
- Background in Property Management and/or Right-of-Way.
- Familiarity with database systems and tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate findings with clarity using visual aids and reports.
